新疆艺术学院戏剧影视学院简介
花红得于根深，流长肇自源远。戏剧影视学院的历史沿革可以溯源到1958年建立新疆艺术学校时开设的戏曲专业，至今已有60年历史。其间经历了1960年新疆艺术学院成立后，在戏曲专业的基础上成立了“新疆戏曲学校”；1961年将新疆艺术学院改为新疆艺术学校后，新疆戏曲学校合并；1982年成立戏剧科；1987年新疆艺术学院恢复成立的同时设立了戏剧系，设有戏剧表演、舞台美术设计两个本科专业。1999年增设了戏剧影视文学、广播电视编导、播音与主持艺术普通本科专业。进入2000年以来，新疆艺术学院戏剧系得到了快速的发展，从二个专业发展到七大专业11个方向，截至2008年已以展成为在校生达千人的综合性影视传媒艺术教学单位。2000年学院将戏剧系更名为戏剧影视系，2002年更名为影视戏剧学院，2006年又更名为影视戏剧系。2016年学院将影视戏剧系拆分成戏剧影视系与传媒系。戏剧影视系保留有播音与主持艺术（播音主持和配音两个方向）、表演、戏剧影视美术设计（化装和舞台美术设计两个方向）和戏剧影视文学四个专业，四个专业均有研究生培养层次，2020年更名为戏剧影视学院，保留表演、戏剧影视美术设计（化装和舞台美术设计两个方向）和戏剧影视文学三个专业四个方向。 R2;8sR,:2BU1?4Z
“学高为师，身正为范”“工欲善其事，必先利其器”，教师队伍建设是学生成长的关键，高素质的师资队伍是学生成长成才的需要，也是学校事业可持续发展的关键因素。近年来，戏剧影视系始终坚持把培养一支高素质的教职工队伍作为首要工作。我们本着“发展重点学科，造就创新型教师”、“发挥名师作用，加强创新意识培养”，采用“走出去，引进来”、“老中青传帮带”等方式，通过不断努力，造就和培养了一批中青年教师和专家学者。目前戏剧影视系在册教职工共计26名（含2名援疆干部），其中专任教师17人，教授3人，副教授4人，专任教师中具有硕士以上学位教师9人，在校本科学生260余人，在校研究生27名。 i8:6jb5~9VW5.9l
戏剧影视学院拥有建筑面积约6000余平方米的独立教学楼。设有化装教室、表演教室、多媒体教室等专业教室；拥有价值数百万元设备的各类专业实验室近十间，基础设施完善，教学设施先进，为学生提供了良好的实习实践平台。 i6;7sm5:7Wt23E
近年来，教师科研成果转化为优质教学资源成果显著，教师在省部级以上刊物发表论文200余篇，正式出版学术专著6部。教学实践硕果累累，先后获国家级、自治区级奖项百余项，多次在高校戏剧教育联盟展演、中国校园戏剧节、剧本征集大赛上获得佳绩。在长期的办学过程中，戏剧影视系成功地构建了戏剧影视各专业教育的完整体系，重视将独特的地缘优势和艺术资源优势转化为教学和科研优势，为国家培养了一大批艺术人才，毕业班生就业率一直在保持在90%以上，主要分布在全国各地的广播电视部门、艺术表演团体和大中专院校。 w4-7g07?3LH,.5y

The School of Drama, Film and Television currently has 33 faculty members, including 25 full-time teachers. Among them, 11 teachers obtained senior professional title and 9 a master’s degree or above. j4~5dR6;4lE6+3V
As for undergraduate education, there are 4 majors, namely broadcasting and hosting arts, performance, drama, film and television art design, and drama, film and television literature. For regular and specialized postgraduate education, there are 4 majors. At present, there are 570 full-time undergraduate students and 43 postgraduate students at school.
