聊城大学世界共运研究所始建于1985年4月，时名“共产国际研究室”。1987年改名为“共产国际研究所”，1995年改名为“世界共运研究所”。目前共有研究人员20人，其中教授9人，副教授6人，博士16人。经过三十余年的建设，聊城大学世界共运研究所发展成为国内国际共产主义运动史、执政党建设、中外政治制度等领域教学科研、资料建设、建言献策、人才培养的重要基地之一。 J7~3tp7+9PZ8;6g
在学科与学位点建设上，自1991年起，聊城大学科学社会主义与国际共产主义运动学科连续被遴选为山东省“八五”、“九五”、“十五”、 “十一五”“十二五”重点学科、强化重点学科或特色重点学科。2004年，聊城大学世界共运研究所成为山东省马克思主义研究中心下设的4个研究所之一。2005年，获批山东省哲学社会科学重点研究基地——山东省世界社会主义共产主义运动研究基地。2016年，获批山东省理论研究与建设工程重点研究基地——山东省中外社会主义比较研究基地。2001年，获批科学社会主义与国际共产主义运动硕士学位点。2003年，获批国际政治硕士学位点。2010年，获批政治学一级学科硕士学位点。 h9=,SX7.,Qn8:4O
在科学研究上，经过多年的学术积淀，世界共运研究所形成世界社会主义共产主义运动、政党政治与执政党建设、当代中国政治与社会发展三个相对稳定、密切联系、富有特色的研究方向。近五年来，在《当代世界与社会主义》、《马克思主义研究》、《社会主义研究》等杂志发表学术论文400余篇，出版《兴衰之路：民族问题视域下的苏联民族国家建设研究》、《英国工党政坛沉浮与主导思想的关系研究》等20余部学术著作，获得教育部高等学校优秀科研成果奖、中宣部“五个一工程”奖、山东省社科优秀成果奖等国家级、省部级科研奖励14项。获批国家社科基金项目、教育部人文社科项目、山东省社科重大项目等国家级、省部级科研项目18项。 x5?5Aj31eM9+3c
在教学和人才培养上，世界共运研究所主要负责承担思想政治教育、政治学与行政学等本科专业的政治学类、马克思主义理论类课程的教学工作，以及政治学一级学科硕士点的教学工作。截止2016年，共有21名硕士研究生考取中国人民大学、中共中央党校、山东大学、外交学院等知名高校的博士研究生。多年来为国家和社会输送了一大批高层次专门人才和领导干部，为科教兴国、兴鲁做出了较大的贡献。 J9=5Ln9~1BE1~2d
在资料建设上，世界共运研究所拥有独立的资料室，现有藏书15万册，报刊2万余册，覆盖政治学、马克思主义理论、历史学等多个学科。特别是拥有《共产国际》（俄文版）、《布尔什维克》（俄文版）、《社会党通讯》（英文版）等一批珍贵外文文献。1985-1998年，世界共运研究所先后主办《共产国际研究资料》、《共产国际研究》和《世界共运研究》杂志。受山东省委宣传部委托，1989年-1992年主办《苏联东欧动态通报》内部资料。2000-2005年，与中国人民大学合办复印报刊资料《国际共产主义运动》和《世界社会主义运动》杂志。2004-2006年，与中共中央编译局合办《当代世界与社会主义》杂志。2011年起，编辑出版《国际共运史与社会主义研究辑刊》学术年刊。 T6:5jl7;5Nv9;2b

Liaocheng University World Institute of Transportation was founded in April 1985.At that time its name was “Comintern Research.” In 1987 it changed its name to “Institute of Comintern”, renamed in 1995 as “World Institute of Transportation.” There are currently 20 researchers, including 9 professors, 6 associate professors and 16 PhDs. After more than 30 years of construction, the Institute of World Communist Movement in Liaocheng University has developed into one of the important bases for domestic and international communist movement history, the construction of the ruling party, and the teaching and research, information construction, advice and suggestions, and personnel training in areas such as Chinese and foreign political systems. In the construction of disciplines and academic sites, since 1991, the subject of scientific socialism and international communism in Liaocheng University has been successively selected as the “five five”, “nine five”, “fifteen” and “eleventh five” “Key disciplines. In 2004, Liaocheng University Institute of World Communists became one of four research institutes which are under Shandong Institute of Marxism. In 2005 year, it was approved to be the philosophy and social sciences research base – Shandong Province World Socialist Communist Movement Research Base. It was approved to be Shandong Provincial Research and Construction Project Key Research Base – Shandong Province Comparative Socialism Research Base in 2016. And it became in 2001 base for Scientific Socialism and base for International Communist Master’s degree in doctrine movement 2003 and base for Master’s degree in International Politics in 2010. In scientific research, after years of academic accumulation, the world communist movement institute formed three relatively stable, closely related and distinctive research directions in the world socialist communist movement, party politics and the building of the ruling party, and contemporary politics and social development in contemporary China . Over the past five years, it has published more than 400 academic papers in magazines such as Contemporary World and Socialism, Studies in Marxism and Studies in Socialism, and published The Rise and Fall of the Road: Research on the Building of the Soviet Union and Nation under the Perspective of Ethnic Problems, British Labor Party political ups and downs and the dominant ideological relationship and more than 20 academic works. In terms of data construction, the Institute of World Communist Movement owns an independent reference room. The existing library covers 150,000 books and 20,000 newspapers and periodicals. It covers many disciplines such as political science, Marxist theory and history, especially the Comintern (Russian version), Socialist Communications (English version) and a number of valuable foreign literature. From 1985 to 1998, the Institute for International Communism hosted Comintern Research Materials, Comintern Research and Research on World Communism Movement successively. Entrusted by the Propaganda Department of Shandong Provincial Party Committee, from 1989 to 1992, it sponsored the internal information of UNO-China Bulletin. From 2000-2002, a copy of newspapers and periodicals, International Communist Movement and World Socialist Movement, was jointly organized with Renmin University of China. From 2004 to 2006, the magazine Contemporary World and Socialism was co-located with the Bureau of Compilation and Translation of the CPC Central Committee.
